Her Nail Lounge – Salon Policy

1. Wear & Tear

Clients should expect nail extensions to gradually wear off over time. Extensive exposure to water or cleaning chemicals increases the likelihood of lifting. We recommend nail enhancements or refills every 2–3 weeks.

The longevity of nail polish also depends on daily wear and tear. Regular polish may last up to 3 days, while Gel polish is guaranteed up to 2 weeks, depending on individual circumstances.

2. Refills & Maintenance

You should visit your favorite nail technician every 2 to 3 weeks to fill in the space created by natural nail growth. The duration of acrylics varies by person; however, it’s strongly advised not to exceed 3 weeks without a fill.

Regular maintenance helps reduce lifting pressure on your natural nails and lowers the risk of fungal infections.

3. No Refund Policy

You are paying for the artist's time, products, and other expenses used to provide your service. No refunds will be issued for any reason on services or products.

If you are unhappy with a service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns. If the issue is due to product or application, we will offer a complimentary express touch-up.

Any concerns reported after 48 hours, or failure to follow aftercare instructions, will result in full charges for additional services.

4. Warranty

Her Nail Lounge offers a 7-day warranty on treatments and products. This warranty will be void if:

  • The nails are serviced by another nail shop.
  • You work with harsh chemicals without gloves.
  • The artificial nails are bitten or intentionally damaged.
  • You use products other than those recommended by the salon for maintenance.
  • You do not follow home care advice provided by the salon.
  • You neglect medical advice when needed.
  • Products are not used according to instructions.
5. Complaints

Complaints about services or products must be reported as soon as possible, but no later than 3 working days after discovery, either in writing or by phone. Her Nail Lounge will provide a response within 3 working days. If the complaint is justified, the salon will redo the agreed service.

All complaints should be addressed to the nail technician or manager during the service. Service prices, especially for nail art, will be clearly communicated before starting. Once you agree to the price, payment in full is required upon completion.
