Her Nail Lounge – Salon Policy
1. Wear & Tear
Clients should expect nail extensions to gradually wear off over time. Extensive exposure to water or cleaning chemicals increases the likelihood of lifting. We recommend nail enhancements or refills every 2–3 weeks.
The longevity of nail polish also depends on daily wear and tear. Regular polish may last up to 3 days, while Gel polish is guaranteed up to 2 weeks, depending on individual circumstances.
2. Refills & Maintenance
You should visit your favorite nail technician every 2 to 3 weeks to fill in the space created by natural nail growth.
Regular maintenance helps reduce lifting pressure on your natural nails and lowers the risk of fungal infections.
3. No Refund Policy
You are paying for the artist's time, products, and other expenses used to provide your service. No refunds will be issued for any reason.
If you are unhappy with a service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. If the issue is due to product or application, we will offer a complimentary express touch-up.
Any concerns reported after 48 hours or failure to follow aftercare instructions will result in full charges for additional services.
4. Warranty
Her Nail Lounge offers a 7-day warranty on treatments and products.
- The nails are serviced by another nail shop.
- You work with harsh chemicals without gloves.
- The artificial nails are bitten or intentionally damaged.
- You use products not recommended by the salon.
- You do not follow home care advice.
- You neglect medical advice when needed.
- Products are not used according to instructions.
5. Complaints
Complaints must be reported as soon as possible, but no later than 3 working days after discovery, either in writing or by phone.
Her Nail Lounge will respond within 3 working days. If justified, the salon will redo the agreed service.
All service prices will be communicated clearly before starting. Once agreed, payment in full is required upon completion.
